Have you noticed that they recover from injuries faster and more completely than what see you outside of sports? Its really amazing what learning how to move you body properly can do for overall fitness as well as injury rehab and prehab.
Our approach to fitness is simple: Keep the body in motion and create a positive culture to fix any dietary concerns. Our athletes learn how to safetly move and increase the intensity of training at a pace which can be varied to push even the most advnanced athlete.
Though we are using the individual sports to address these fitness concerns, we do so in a manner that children, adults, athletes and beginners can learn and improve from while also improving on self defense and the individual sports.
