Ben Westrich
Ben Westrich is the founder of Warrior Fitness Center and a Chris Haueter black belt who coaches BJJ and MMA in Colorado Springs.
Ben opened Warrior Fitness Center in 2011 while still serving in the U.S. Army. His competitive background includes an undefeated professional MMA record, All Army Combatives success, and major IBJJF medals at black belt.
He is also a combat veteran, former Senior Instructor and NCOIC for the Fort Carson Army Combatives Program, and a coach who built Warrior around direct instruction, serious standards, and long-term athlete development.
Outside the gym, Ben holds a Ph.D. in Urban Economics and Econometrics and brings the same analytical approach to coaching: clear systems, honest feedback, and practical progress for beginners and competitors.
