Privacy and SMS Terms

Consultation requests. When you ask for a free consultation we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, how you heard about us, anything you write in the note, and the reminder and offer preferences you tick.

Find My Fit chat. The chat keeps the messages you type and a random session id in your browser for the length of your visit so the conversation survives a page change. We may also store a copy of chat conversations on our side to see how the assistant answers and to improve it. In that stored copy, email addresses and phone numbers are redacted, and conversations are deleted after a retention period. If you ask the chat to request a consultation for you, the details you give it are handled as a consultation request.

Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people reach them. The analytics tag is configured to anonymize IP addresses. It sets cookies in your browser. We do not combine analytics data with your name or contact details ourselves.

Email and phone contact. If you email or call us, we keep the message or the notes from the call so we can follow up.

We use what you share to answer your question, schedule your first visit, match you to the right class path and coach, and send the reminders or offers you asked for. Staff use software that helps draft replies to email and consultation requests; a member of our team reads and sends every reply.

We do not sell personal information.

Mindbody runs our membership and scheduling system. A consultation request creates or updates a client record there, including your contact details and your reminder and offer preferences.

Google provides the analytics described above.

Our website, email and chat run on hosting and cloud providers that process data on our behalf under their service terms. None of these providers may use your information for their own marketing.

What you are agreeing to. When you tick a Text box on the consultation form, or ask us to text you, you agree to receive text messages from Warrior Fitness Center at the mobile number you gave us. Text reminders are about your consultation and your visits. Text offers are occasional news about events and promotions, and you receive them only if you chose that box.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping and help. Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (719) 465-2136 or email info@cowarrior.com. After you opt out we may send one message confirming it.

Not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to texts is never required to train with us or to request a consultation.

No sharing for marketing. Mobile phone numbers and text opt-in information are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@cowarrior.com. You can stop marketing emails with the link in any email, and stop texts as described above. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with Google's opt-out tools.

Our kids programs are for children, but this website and its forms are for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.

When this page changes we update the effective date at the top. Changes to the text message terms take effect for messages sent after that date.
