Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach
Natalie Salcedo
Natalie Salcedo is a ONE Championship fighter, BJJ black belt, and Muay Thai champion who coaches striking and grappling at Warrior Fitness Center in Colorado Springs.
She signed with ONE Championship in 2025 and competes as one of the world's top-ranked atomweights in MMA. Before that she built her name the long way: more than a dozen amateur Muay Thai bouts, an IFMA Team USA selection, Thai Boxing Association world-level success, Revgear North American Muay Thai honors, and the inaugural Peak Fighting Championship 105 lb title.
Her grappling credentials stand on their own. Natalie is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, an IBJJF No-Gi Worlds champion at brown belt, and a USA Grappling World Team Trials silver medalist. Few coaches anywhere hold elite competition results in both striking and grappling at the same time.
That range is what students feel in her classes. She teaches clean fundamentals first, then layers in the timing, pressure, and fight IQ that only come from preparing for real competition. Beginners get patience and structure; competitors get a coach who has stood where they want to stand.
Natalie coaches adult Muay Thai and Kickboxing, Kids Striking, and works with MMA athletes on the striking side of their game. When she is not in the gym, she is home with her pack of dogs, who run the house.
